Frequently Asked Questions
Can I book other people on to a course?
Yes. You can book tickets for yourself, or any number of colleagues. You will need their individual e-mail addresses to make the booking so that we can issue a unique ticket. For privacy reasons, all confirmation e-mails will be sent to the person who makes the booking.
How is payment made?
When you book a ticket on this site, payment will be required at the time of booking by either credit or debit card. Our website is fully secure, and your payment will be processed through Stripe, one of the world’s leading payment processing providers.
I have forgotten my password. How do I login?
Click the Lost Your Password link on the login page. You will be prompted to enter your e-mail address. An e-mail with a password reset link will be sent to your e-mail address. Please, note, your password is not visible to anyone at NSG and we cannot retrieve it for you.
Do I have to be registered to book a course?
Yes, even if you are booking for someone else. The person attending the course will need to register (before or after the course) to be able to download their Certificate of Attendance.
Can I cancel a course once booked?
If you wish to cancel a course once booked, please contact us as early as possible. We will issue a full refund as long as you cancel at least 48 hours before the start of the course. As we have a limited number of seats for each course, any booking cancelled less than 48 before the start of a course will not be eligible for a refund.
How do I get my certificate of attendance?
Your Certificate of attendance will be available in the Downloads area when you login to this website. Certificates are only awarded if you are checked in at the course and your ticket is registered to your e-mail address. If you can’t see your certificate when you login, please contact us.
