How we collect your information
We collect your personal data when you register on the NSG (Network Support Group) website as a new user or when you register for one of our meetings.
The type of information we collect
We may collect the following types of personal data about you:

  • Name
  • Your dental practice or place of work
  • Contact and communication information including email address & telephone numbers.
  • Job title
  • GDC registration number
  • If you make a booking through our website, we will also require the address of the payment method you use (Credit or Debit Card). However we do not store or have access to your card details.
How we use personal data
Generally, we will use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To register you for a meeting of your choice.
  • To contact you with meeting reminders or updates to a meeting schedule
  • Information related to dentistry
  • Job spot
  • Research and statistical analysis about what meeting subjects you require for training
  • Storing your details on the software platform we use for our registration management system
Your marketing preferences
We will always respect your wishes with regards to what type of communications you want to receive from us and how you want to receive them. You are in control of how we communicate with you. You can update your choices and/or your contact details by contacting the NSG team.
Sharing your information
We do not sell or share your personal data for other organisations to use.
How long your information is kept
We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary. From time to time we may send an email to those members who have not attended a meeting for a while explaining that their information we be deleted unless you contact us to request otherwise.

You have a right to ask us to stop processing your personal data and, if it’s not necessary for the purpose you provided it to us (e.g. to provide you with the services, products or information you asked for) we will do so.
